k...finally got the puppy installed..and I love the way it sounds!

also got a y connector so I can direct record in stereo..and I still ain' tgettin' results that I'd like!

anywho, I didn't write teh tune, but i like to play it..used to play this with an old jammin' buddy of mine...

might sound better through winamp with some eq on it... :smack:

Young-just using the JB loaded ESP straight into my VETTA II which is plugged right into my sound card..

"F*****G AWESOMME" bro now that is the real 80's rock sound. The JB really is a true marvel and however way you look at it I personally think it belongs in at least one guitar you own, this pick-up has "THE" Mojo!!!!

I'm REALLY loving this pup...I actually recorded another little big hair 80's thing I just came up with..using a different tone on my vetta..same axe though...

I'm considering puttni' a JB in my axis now..lol

I'll post the other clip (not a whole song..just a riff or two) in a little while

I was hoping you would say the Vetta was what you used. I wish those things weren't so darn expensive...probably the only modeling amp that I like and it's like $1600+. :yell:

StratTom--Yeppers..only amp I've got! Not easy to get that recording tone out of it, lemme tell you...it's not too too hard to geta good sound commin' from the speakers..but direct recordign is another animal entirely..at least for high gain stuff...not exactly cheap, but you do get alot for the money...
