(sorta) NGD!

Hey everybody! I got this guitar a while ago but I wanted to share it since I've never seen another like it. I snagged it $300 from a guy on Ebay who put it together. He did a really nice job picking out the details. It's a Tomahawk body with a Warmoth Pro Warhawk neck with a limba shaft and pau ferro fretboard. The body has a thin nitro coat on it. I like how I can feel the grain! It came loaded with the JB/'59 combo but I swapped in the P-Rails/Triple Shot setup and it is now the most versatile guitar I own by far! It's just a dream to play. I can't believe I snagged it for close to retail price of the neck alone! Here are some pics:

Re: (sorta) NGD!

I think that's the only guitar I've ever seen that actually suited wooden knobs. I really dig that body shape too. Looks like a nice and simple rock machine.

Congrats. :beerchug:

Real players guitar. My kind of guitar. Great neck, and cool Mahogany body. You can really pick up some great deals on parts guitars sometimes. LOosen the neck and adjust it just a tad so the Low E comes down ,as the strings are misaligned, not centered properly.

One of my biggest "pet peeves"...I won't keep a guitar no matter how cool it is if the strings are not centered/lined up correctly on the fretboard. Yeah, I know...I know...

I wish I had the same problem! My wallet would be a LOT heavier if I cared about whether the strings line up perfectly! My wife may be a little happier as well. In all seriousness though, it plays well, intonates well and sounds amazing, so I'm not too bummed out.
