I do believe that this year the production for the line is moving to Mexico though. Ask around on the JCF.

I have a 2012 KVMG, and it's Indonesian. Says so on the serial sticker. Looks like the same serial format as mine - IWJ, which indicates Indonesia.

And while the guitar is great, it's not worth $1000. Get one off Ebay cheaper ($700-$800 last I saw).
