A friend of mine is working on her second EP, and I had the privilege of adding some electric guitars yesterday. She has a little bit of an Alison Krauss vibe, so I decided to use my Bandmaster instead of the Orange rig. I don't usually use a recording session as testing grounds for a new pedal, but I did this time with the EHX Soul Food and it sounded great.
The nice surprise of the day, though, was finding out we had been loaned a Nuemann U87. It was a great mix with my e906!
