Hi guys, I have a two humbucker tele with a 3-way switch, a regular volume pot and a push/pull pot (that when pulled, both humbuckers turn into single coil mode). It has an unbranded neck pickup and an SD JB in the bridge. The JB has the Green and Bare soldered to ground, Red and White to the same terminal on the pot and the Black to a terminal on the 3-way switch.
I want to replace the pickups with an unbranded set but am unsure how to do so because I don't know which cable is which. Is there a way to find out with a multimeter which cable is the North Start, North Finish, South Finish and South Start? If so, could anybody tell me how to do so?
