split stacked humbucker

If I put a stacked humbucker like the hot stack in the middle position and have a switch to split it, when split will it become RW/RP to be hum cancelling in positions 2 and 4 (with humbuckers in bridge and neck)?

You would need to either split the south or north coil, depending on what is in phase with the other two, I think.
