Splitting an HB in Strat position 2

Hey guys, I'm planning on putting a JB jr or a Hot Rails in my strat, and I'd like to have the full HB in position 1 and have it split in position 2. I have an idea of how to go about this, but I just want to make sure that I'm using the right wiring diagram.

Thanks!

The diagram is ok but, If I am not wrong, you should reverse the wires in your strato pickups, to make hum cancelling that position.

Is there anyone who can confirm if I need to reverse the black and white wires? I should also add that I'm using an SSL-1 in the neck and a RW/RP SSL-1 in the mid.

You don't need to reverse your wires of your single coil since your are already using a SD single. However your wiring diagram uses the "inner" coil which is already RWRP against the "outer coil" or any regual SSL-1. Please take a look at the following wiring diagram, I use it my self with a full JB, my middle ssl-1 is normal (no RWRP) and position 2 is hum cancelling.

If your middle pickup is alread RWRP then you need to use the "outer coil" insted to get the reversed polarity with each other. That means you man need to reverse the order of the HB wires (no the polarity).

I think it all comes from the fact that not every diagram explains which coil it splits.
