Squire Jazzmaster vs SD Antiquity Vintage Jazzmaster pick ups.

I can get a good deal on an Ant Vintage Jazzmaster set (2nd hand, but 100% un used)

Can anyone predict (or maybe even know) how these Duncan units will sound/feel/reacts compared to the stock *Squire Jazzmaster Deluxe pick ups ?

Sweet guitar. I have a jazzmaster with antiquity pickups and I think they're awesome. I couldn't need the tone to be any better at all. I'm sure it will be a mod you won't regret. I'm not sure if all jazzys have 1M pots but that's what I run for my jazzy. It gives that surfer tone.

I've always thought that the Antiquity Jazzmasters were really the best Jazzmaster pickups I've ever heard. If you have a line on a good deal, I'd go for it.

Yes, the Jazzmaster is not very popular over here, among the very closed minded guitar players, so if you have a ''specialty pick up set'' like that, and you want to sell it, it is hard, so the seller is dropping his price considerably.
