I was just wondering what the best duncan pickup choice is (neck and bridge) to get the Stevie Ray Vaughan sound from a standard mexican Telecaster.

You won't get it exactly but you can get close.
Get a new pickguard routed for two strat sized single coils. Use a pair of Duncan SSL-1's. For the bridge, I'd go with a Broadcaster lead. The Broadcaster won't be close to SRV, but it will give you a good, solid, traditional tele tone, which can be used for pretty much anything.
