Which do you guys prefer? No tube options here, I'm thinking along the lines of a Line 6 vs. high end solid state like a Peavey XXL? Any opinions on either?

ARE solid state amps, so why not have a digital preamp rather than a stale
transistor preamp trying it's best to emulate a tube. There's a few exceptions
but I find the Vox Valvetronix AD60 or 120, and the Flextone and Vettas,
to be much better sounding amps than any solid state amp I've played.
