SSL-2 VINTAGE FLAT goes well with SL59-1 Little '59???

Hi Friendz wassup?got an question...I've got an SL59-1 Little '59 on the bridge pos.of my strat...thinkin of placing an SSL-2 VINTAGE FLAT to the neck pos.what ya think bout it?will they go well together?thank you all for your answers.

Do you have a middle position pickup?

I have an SSL-2 in the neck of my strat and a "Lil 59 in the bridge, but there's an APS-2 between them. My wiring does not allow for any combination of neck and bridge pups. The Lil 59 is hotter so there is a jump in volume when switching from either single to the mini HB. It works for me because if I switch to the bridge pickup I intend to get loud .... usually for lead.

My Lil 59 is wired for auto-split when combined with the sc in the middle, and the parallel combination of the alnico and ceramic magnets is not really Stratish.

If your looking for tonal flexibility then it's a nice set ..... but the sounds are very different.

Do they go together? Let me put it this way - night and day go together twice every 24 hours.

Yeah buddy thank you for that nite and day example,love and hate life and death are just the same))I aint using the middle pos,I'll put a black cover on the mid.pos.I'm looking for a classic fender single coil sound in a sd and i guess it gives me what i want.SSL2 in the neck...

mine is now (my guitar sss fender strat,,rosewood f.board alder body as usual(SL59-1 Little '59 in the bridge middle pos.stock(i aint using it I'll put a black cover on it,stock in the neck)...thanx for your answer buddy....tone wizard says:Neck 1 SSL-2 Vintage Flat or Antiquity Strat Texas Hot .I'll go with the SSL-1 in the neck.

And by the way what's the difference between Vintage Flat SSL-2
and Vintage Staggered SSL-1?SSL is more vintage or what?thnks
