STL-1 vs STL-1B

Hey guys I'm looking to replace the bridge pickup in my Tele and am interested in these two pickups but I can't find much comparing the two.
Anybody have experience with both?

Welcome to the forum!
I have used them, but not at the same time, nor back-to-back...there were a few years between them. From what I remember, the STL-1b was certainly louder, and 'barkier', though. I am sure others might have more direct comparative experience, though.
