Strange problem with my pedalboard

Yday i rewired my pedalboard in order to make it a bit more tidy, arrange cable in a better way etc but there is a thing or two that i cannot sort out........Let me say that before all the changes everything worked as intended, and that i did not change the order of the pedals or anything else.

Problem no1: my ocd seems to be working WITHOUT the one spot adapter in it. If i plug the one spot adapter it does NOT work!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Problem no2:

i use a behringer chromatic tuner in the tuner out jack of the volume pedal in order for me to tune my guitar WHILE the volume pedal is switched off and the amp is quiet (people dont wanna hear a guitarist tuning)
Untill the rewire everything worked ok, and the tuner received the signal and i could tune the guitar while the amp was silent.
After the rewire that is not possible anymore......volume pedal needs to send signal to the amp in order for the tuner to be able to tune.................!!!!!!!What am i doing wrong?

Re: Strange problem with my pedalboard

Check if you left a battery in the OCD.

Re: Strange problem with my pedalboard

Battery in ocd
And one spot is the reverse polarity cable

Re: Strange problem with my pedalboard

Sounds like the OCD has a battery in it. I had the same problem with mine once and thought it was broken.

Re: Strange problem with my pedalboard

A pedal normally switches to a power supply for power when plugged into one, whether or not there is a battery in the compartment, so maybe not the battery. Probably the cable in the one spot adapter got bent and broke. Can you try a different adaptor?

Re: Strange problem with my pedalboard

Check the continuity of the lead you are using with the tuner.

Check the voltage the 1 spot is providing at the end of the lead.
