stupid amp q

took a peak inside my amp today

anways, along with the normal, inspected by bob, approved stickers, i found one that simply said 12/94, and than some number/letter combo. is this a date/serial #? i was under the impresion my amp was a 98, if its a 94, its running 10 yr old tubes/speakers?


anyone know?

did they make crate vc in 94?

it could also be just like another inspection number as well or something like that.
