Suggestions on pickup combo?

I for sure want to grab a Duncan SH6B Distortion. I want to pick up a Duncan Duckbucker. From what I've heard, these sound awesome! So the question; should I just get Duckbuckers for neck and middle, or does anyone have any ideas or experience with Duckbucker with anything else?

I want some awesome vintage strat tone here, and I really like the quack out of these Duckbuckers.

I heard a pair of Duckbuckers with a lil 59 bridge pickup.
Impressed me so much I am setting up a neck and body just to accomidate that combination!!!
It's all subjective
