Super Strat with Hum, Single, P90?

I’ve got a chambered mahogany/maple top super Strat with a Floyd that I’d like to convert to a P90 in the neck, Strat middle and hum bridge. Which pickups would you suggest for this combination? I’m a working musician and play a wide range of styles, but rarely metal. I mainly use middle single in position 2 and 4. Hum cancelling would be a plus, but not critical. Any problems I might run into with gain variance? Thanks!

Hey,

I've been right where you are so I think I can give a reasonable perspective. I fooled with tons and tons of pickups but ended up going - Bridge: Pearly Gates, Middle: Suhr v60, Neck: Phat Cat if you have a humbucker route or StraBro if you have an S route. This configuration covers a ton of ground. Get the Suhr v60 in RWRP (opposite to a Duncan for polarity wrap specs) and the neck in Duncan RWRP. This way you can split the bridge to the slug poles and be hum free in 2 and 4.

Good luck putting it all together
