Swap out AHB-1 fro AHB-10

Is swapping out an ahb-1 to an ahb-10 a simple matter of unplugging the ahb-1 and plugging in the ahb-10?

I've done this once and it was awhile ago. I remember it as you described. EDIT: I was wrong, it doesn't!

no, the AHB-1 has the preamps in the pickups.
The AHB-10 has the Preamp on one of the pots.
you canNOT plug the AHP-10s coil packs on the AHP1/EMG-style quickconnects.
