Swaping 42mm strat neck for 43mm strat neck; Is it possible?

Hello there; I have a question: Is it possible to do this change, nut-wise? I have a strat copy and i wanna keep the body, but install a super custom strat neck, with 43mm nut, so i can install a fender roller nut too. Can it be done?

I also don't know the radius of the neck or anything, so is it possible to install "any type of radius" neck in a random strat body? My trem is vintage too. (EDIT: Air quoted "trem", since this thing doesn't move no matter what, lol)

Loosen the bridge screws
And the vibrato will work

Only the six in front that hold the bridge down
Only loosen them a half turn each

And put your high E string properly in its slot.

And metal church, yeah! It was buzzing today and i didn't know why, so i raised the action, but then i checked and it was that, lol
