Sweet Custom Pickup Mounting Rings

Nice looking wood mounting rings. The guy makes them in tapered and in flat out of a bunch of different woods. He had a flame maple set I almost bought, but they were both tapered, and I need a much flatter one for the neck of my Hardtail. For $25-30. I sent him an e-mail to see if he could make exactly the taper I want. I think these would look sweet on an upper end guitar like a PRS or such.

Those really look awesome.. and at $25/30 for a pair, they're just as much as a set of metal rings, and look a lot sweeter. Thumbs up!

Really cool Jeff. I'm just pulling together the parts for the long-awaited "LesterCaster" and the plastic pickup rings aren't going to fit right. (It's a carved "T-top" from USA Custom Guitars.)

This guy might be able to do just what I need, with a little bit of tweaking on my end.

I'm doing a set out of Wenge for the Spherion ... albeit they'll have a non traditional shape to match the guitar

God I love having my own stash of wood ... time to be picking up some more this weekend if I can
