Switches like that were used in old communications applications. If you have access to any kind of "surplus" store, especially "military surplus", you might find some. But they'll be big. The handle will be the same size, but the back part is pretty big.

i found my solution

a switch from a 3 pickup les paul/SG. I can do what i need with that.
