I want both pickups in series at switch's middle position. Is it right?

Nope.

I'm assuming top pickup = neck and bottom pickup = bridge for descriptive purposes

Consider this the lugs on the DPDT:
1 4
2 5
3 6

Still following?

DPDT 1: neck black & volume pot (what you've got shown as the blue wire)
DPDT 2: neck green & bridge black
DPDT 3: bridge green & ground

The red wire is ok.
