Thats some esoteric gear. IDK>I guess the Unicord was the original famous univibe, of whicj there have been several incarnations. The Octivider was i guess also an original roger mayer 60's creation that went through subsequent developement in the field before having several commercial producion units. The Shulte? I havent heard of that.
You called Doc? The only one of those I know much about is the Univibe, made famous by Hendrix and Robin Trower. Best current production clone of it is the MegaVibe by KR, unavailable outside the US. I'm hoping one of you Yanks will offer to buy one for me and send it Downunder. http://www.krmusicalproducts.com/ I have a Sweetsound MojoVibe, nice pedal but doesn't sound exactly like a Univibe, which the MegaVibe does. You can find my demo of the MojoVibe in amongst these demos of some of my fave pedals. http://www.soundclick.com/bands/songInfo.cfm?bandID=707451&songID=5432868 I think it's the second track of those demos. Actually, there's a demo of the Octron 2 (see below) in there too.
As far as Octavers go, the best one on the planet is the FoxRox Octron 2, which you can hear here, running straight into the drive channel of my Super Champ. http://www.soundclick.com/bands/songInfo.cfm?bandID=707451&songID=5499652 It has both upper and lower octaves and tracks better than anything else. I'm not sure if Dave Fox is still making them, he made a limited run of 100 and I was lucky owner number 14. I think he still makes the original version of the Octron.
Aha, that octave pedal I've recently listened to, yep, I really want one. So I guess univibe aint that different from echoplex, I mean it kind goes for the same effects right?

No, not at all. Univibe was originally intended to emulate a Leslie rotary speaker cabinet. Closer to a phaser than anything, but different. Echoplex is tape echo.
That sounds like a UniVibe. With an echoplex, you're going to hear repeats. UniVibe gives the swirl and throb. A good multi-stage phaser (MXR Phase 100, Mutron BiPhase) can get close to that too.
