Tapped Esquire pup and 4 way switch wiring

Finally got my tapped pickup for my Esquire and I'd like to wire it as follows with a 4 way Fender switch: low tap w tone/low tap bypassed tone/ high tap w tone/ high tap w bypassed tone. However, I can't find a wiring diagram for this configuration. Anyone done this? Got a diagram?? Thanks!!

I finally got the Esquire wired up and... whoah, it works perfectly--easy transition from regular tap w tone through to full-bybass fully tapped setting. This is now an incredibly versatile guitar!!

Cool. Thanks for reporting back Dave. I always wonder if the diagrams I post work like I think they should. :D
