Found this sitting in my parts drawer last night - I'd forgotten I had it. It's a 6-saddle bridge off my Schecter PT, black. The black bridge looked dumb on a goldtop, so I replaced it with a chrome model from GuitarFetish.
No issues other than a bit of finger-fug.
