Tele bridge pickup magnets

I DO realize that the mag type is very dependent on the wind, so please lets not go there. I just want opinions on which type of these 3 types you think has the greater snap/attack in general ? I don't mean winding one for max snap at the cost of everything else. But say if you wind each with 42 and similar outputs, which magnet type will GENERALLY have the snappiest attack? I think A3 but i just haven't used A3 tele bridge pickups in a few years so memory fails me.

Re: Tele bridge pickup magnets

A5 is strong and bright......and is the typical vintage Fender Tele sound of twang and bite.
A3 is weaker and has more mids.....like A2 with a better top-end.

Not sure what your 3rd choice is, maybe A2 would be logical. That is often used to give mids over anything else.

A2 is what i'm replacing. I love it, but i already have a tele with the same pickup and while i love that sound i want a more open uncompressed clangy sound for this one. I stuck a A5 in it this morning and i like that, closer to what i want from it. But i think A3 may get even closer. I have a A3 set in one strat and it's really clangy unlike any A5 strat set i ever heard. I don't recall A3 sounding like that in teles tho. Not sure if it;s the wind or what but that strat sounds more tele like in a way than my tele !
