DiMarzios use the same colour coded wire as Seymours but the protocol is different. Usually the coil bridge (wire connecting the two coils in a humbucking pair and which is used to split the coils occasionally) is black-white. Earth is usually green, hot (signal) is red. Sometime the coil bridge has to be swapped with the earth/signal cables for polarity matching. Because the HS-3 is a stack, you will probably be using the standard wiring.
The DMX Super2 I don't know about. Is this a Dimarzio? If it is, and it has four core cable it will have the same polarity and colour coding as the HS-3.
