Tele neck pickup phat cat.

Have a cheap squier bullet telecaster and got a Phat cat in the neck position. Both pickups sound good individually but out of phase in middle position. The bridge pickup is a cheap squier tele pickup. The phat cat neck is RW/RP and my tech said can't switch it with the cheap squier. Are there any Seymour pickups like the Broadcaster or Donahue that will work with the Cat in the middle position?

Welcome to the forum!

Your tech sucks. You can make it work. To be out of phase it's either same winding direction opposite polarity or opposite direction same polarity. If you swap the leads to the squier pickup it will either end up opposite polarity opposite direction which is in phase and hum cancelling or it will end up same winding direction same polarity which is in phase and not hum cancelling.

That said, if you want to get a new bridge pup to improve the sound then by all means go for it.

Little caveat: Your Tele bridge pup maybe has grounded baseplate, which you have also to swap. This is a bit trickier, you have to use solder gun.

I have a Squier Tele. (Not the Bullet.) I couldn't rip those pups out fast enough. Thin and lifeless. Do yourself a favor and spring for ANY Duncan Tele bridge pup.
