Tele pups, Seth Lover neck + Antiquity II bridge

Hi to all,

that's my first post. I would like to upgrade my telecaster and I'm going to purchase a Seth Lover humbucker pickup for neck position and the Antiquity II bridge. I would like to have a warm and full sound on the neck and a twang blusey on the bridge, am I doing the right choice?

What do you think about this configuration, anyone have a similar pups?

(I play blues and rock with a VOX AC30 amp)

Thanks to all.

Hi Lillo; Welcome to the forum. That combo should sound killer. The only thing I can add is that I just did a temporary trade of an Ant II Tele bridge for an Ant '55, and I liked the '55 a lttle better. But they were both great.

Here's the link to my review. https://forum.seymourduncan.com/showthread.php?t=106103

On the other hand, the other forum bro liked the Ant II enough to buy it. Tough choice. ;)

the seth in the neck is a great choice. i might go with one of the antiquity I tele pups. i think the alnico II magnets may balance better tonally with the richness of the seth in the neck

Thanks to all for the answers. I'm happy that I'm doing the right choice with the Seth Lover pickup on the neck... ;-)

I was thinking to Antiquity II because, reading the description, it seems more "rock oriented". Can anyone tells me the differences between Antiquity I & Antiquity II for tele bridge?

Thanks again.
