Tele w/Antiquity II Surfer

Anyone ever try a Ant. II Surfer RW/RP for the middle position on a Nashville Tele or Am. Deluxe Tele? Seems to be an interesting combo but I have never tried it.

I think Lew has that in one of his teles. I think you'll be most pleased. I always wished they'd using the same size pickguard hole for teles, as they do for strats.

Make sure the cavity under the pickguard can handle it too....before you buy the Surfer.

Just for reference, I dropped a middle pickup from a 80s mim strat in the middle cavity of the tele and it fit. Do you think the Antiquity II surfer is aprox the same size and would also fit?
