Telecaster, 4-way Switch, Split Coil and Phase Switch, Wiring problem, Help!!

Hi Everyone,
I have been working on this problem for many weeks. Maybe someone out there can help. There is no existing diagram, and it would have been too time consuming to edit an existing one in Paint. Here's my hand-drawn version. Any ideas?

Here's the problem:

Telecaster, Reverse Control Plate
Neck Humbucker, Bridge Single Coil
4-way Switch
Mini-Toggle Neck Coil Split
Push-Pull Tone Control for Out-of-Phase, Bridge Pickup

Problem:

Position 2 of the 4-way, Neck/Bridge Parallel, when the Push-Pull switch is down, there is no sound, and in the up position the pickups are Out-of-Phase. When the switch is down, the pickups should work normally together.

Position 1: Bridge only, also when the Push-Pull is down, no sound.

Position 3: Pickups in Series, everything works perfectly.
Position 4: Neck only, everything works.

Looks like the phase switch is done in a way that when it's down, it's lifting the ground, which would shut off the works.

Hi Everyone! So, I finally fixed the whole thing. It turns out that my mistake was attempting to use the Bridge Pickup to the Phase Switch to the 4-Way. This is not possible with this circuit. As beaubrummels pointed out, this will send some of the tones to ground. Only the Neck Pickup will work going to the Phase Switch to the 4-way switch with this circuit. Here is my corrected wiring diagram. It works really well with some cool tones!
