What a cool kit. My sister has been wanting to learn bass and I was thinking short scale would be good seeing she is so tiny. I like the look better than the look of an actual Tele bass

Without a doubt the Tele bass is cool. I just think this is much cooler

I need another instrument like I need a second butt. However, it is fun to daydream about how I would build one if I had a chance. I'm thinking thinline body, lipstick tube humbucker bridge, lipstick tube neck, and a 4-way switch. Kind of a Telecaster meets Danelectro bass with flatwounds.
