Pup suggestions for a fender squire? I am not up to date on Fenders, the last one I did I put in Lace Sensor's but not sure this customer wants to go that direction, I will suggest it to him but would like some input on other pups. Standard template scratch guard, no alterations and no routing to be done. Standard 3 pos switch.

This is not possible to answer without knowing what tones and response the customer wants from the pickups.

I put a set of SD Quarter Pounds in my Bullet Tele and they sound great for my style of playing (what ever in the hell that is).

Really, they sound very good and woke that guitar up.

I'd go for a Five Two in the neck, and Jerry Donahue in the bridge. That is, if I didn't put a Seth Lover in the neck.

I use the Fender nocaster w/52 neck. Smooth vintage tone with a little more bottom end. Works for a lot of genres. They are noise cancelling in second posiion
