texas specials?

Im thinkin about gettin tele texas specials. How are these? Are they much hotter/beefier than stock tele pickups?

Haven't heard them...only the Texas Special Strat pickups. Don't confuse the Tele Texas Specials for the Texas Tele pickups Fender uses in some of the MIM Teles...they're differant. Lew

I have a Texas tele in my test bed tele right now and I really like it...

I have a Texas tele in my test bed tele right now and I really like it...

They're good pickups. Came in my MIM James Burton Tele. Not as good as Duncan's or Fender's best pickups but the Texas Tele's are very usable pickups.
