So after reading much reccomendations for the sennheiser px 100's on here and getting fed up with my old headphones cutting out i decided to give the px 100's a shot. there are a few small annoyances i now have to deal with:
1. now i have to re-tweak all my settings on my XTL--tried it out with my XTL and all those 'subtle effects' or so i though while using either my old headphones or my amp are in fact sounding very apparent.:smack:
2. now i want an ipod even more.....trying to hold back since i heard they're no longer making the 60g version--the rumor is maybe it will be replaced with either one with a larger hd or a larger screen. anyways, these things are going to make me impatient as i would now be able to crank up the meshuggah and in flames and not make everyone as mad than with the computer speakers(ok, so i really work in a warehouse with one other guy but he only speaks spanish and i really doubt he'd be down to hear the stuff i like as loud as i like):smack:
3. the only serious gripes i have with these things are i wish the cord was longer-luckily i have a logitech 5.1 system in my room that the input plug for the headphones is about 2ft closer than the back of my computer. also i now know that i'll be spending a lot once i decide to upgrade these....ala i'll never allow myself to buy a cheap pair of headphones again.:smack:
