The Custom Shop

I checked the FAQ and the terms on the custom shop site, but I don't understand exactly how the custom shop works. Can you only ask for customizations on the pick-ups that they have there, or can you ask for customization on any SD pickup? Like could I ask for a P-Rail with a Cool Rail instead of a Hot Rail?

It is a full on custom shop, if you can drream it up they can do it...
