Cooped up and bored, no hope of a reunion show with my band this year... I decided it was time to get some practice recording and mixing, but it's a chicken-and-egg situation. No recording because I have no original material, no material because the technical hurdles always slow things down. So, to generate some quick-and-dirty material on which to practice my recording & mixing skills, I got the old '80s band to collaborate long-distance-style on a couple covers. What started out as simple covers ended up turning into much bigger productions than originally planned, but I learned a lot and we all had fun. Peace Love and Understanding features the singer from the old band (plus our own Tone4Days and Wattage as members of "The Angry Mob"). Driven To Tears features a new singer, whom I've never even met, but who's worked with our drummer a bit. Tracks were recorded up here in the north country, various Philly 'burbs, Petaluma, CA, Baltimore, and Long Island.
