For those of you who may have used both I'm wondering which one has a tad thicker tone, especially in the treble? I know the FS-1 is older. I've used the FS-1 about 7 or 8 weeks ago but have not used an SSl-5 in many years.
It looks like I'm gonna pick up the Custom Stack Plus and since it's a humbucker I think it will have an edge over the FS-1 (which is currently again in my Strat and it sounds good but a tad thin in the treble).
