"The Odie" Special (Knucklehead guitar strings)

Has anyone heard of these? www.knucklehead.com/strings.html While my guitar is getting painted, the shop owner was kind enough to lend me a guitar and after having the guitar for awhile I noticed the strings sounded great and still felt great after a month or so. They're a pure nickel wrap and they don't seem to loose any tone.

Never heard of them before. Thanks though, I'll keep an eye out for 'em. They only go up to 11's though.

Painted? I'm guessing metalflakes....hehe. Damn, if those string sound as good as their packaging...I'd use 'em. Freakin' funny!

Hi Brian! To make a long story short, we ended up scrapping that body (issues with the body, not the paint job) and have a new one being painted. This time going for the classic 80's Bengal stripes. But I picked up a Dean Z a few months ago and have been playing with the idea of having it sprayed metal flake lime with black and silver flames.
