thanks to whomever helped me decide which neck and mid pups to get. they came in the mail yesterday and i installed them after work last night. i suck at soldering, so i had to redo everything. after i plugged in, something was wrong, i took everything apart and started over. success!
the hotrails (bridge) overpowers the other two pups (cr-neck, vr-mid). i had to lower the hotrails a tad.
has anyone else had a problem with that? the other pups sound great, but when i switch to the bridge pup, its louder. not dramatically louder, but louder none-the-less.

might just be me - and granted I don't know much but I kinda like to have my bridge pickup a little louder, kinda gives me somewhere to move up to if that makes sense.

My Strat has a l'ill 59 neck, Duckbucker middle and hot rails bridge, the 59
is split via a push pull volume control and the hot rails split with the duck
at position 4 on the 5 way switch. Also it has a TBX tone control fitted.
The hot rails on my guitar is slightly louder aswell but i find this a benefit
having the extra gain when switching for a 20 minute solo!!!!
