This could be the best looking pedal I've built so far...

Awesome! Excellent job, any clips? When I need a nice washer, I just find the flattest one I can, with least edge/rim defects and, in one direction, I sand the crap out of it with medium/high grain (320+) sandpaper. Gives it a really nice brushed look.

.... but I'm yet to find a metal washer that satisfies me in that regard.

When I built my LP, I needed to find a large gold washer for the pickup selector switch. I ended up getting a pair of nuts and washers for Schaller straplocks on ebay for a few dollars and filing out the inside hole of one of the washers until it fitted the switch. (I also had to slightly curve mine to fit the arch of the guitar's top, but you wouldn't have that issue to deal with)

This is what i bought, still listed today ....

But of course if you only need one, esp chrome, you could probably find one somewhere for free. You may or may not need to enlarge the hole with a round file. In my case, it was definitely worth the effort. You can see it here halfway down the right-hand-side of the pic ...

Nice work on the pedal by the way, it looks great !
