Re: This may be the worst "music" you'll ever hear.

Re: This may be the worst "music" you'll ever hear.

It cant be the worst music, cause it isnt even music!!

Re: This may be the worst "music" you'll ever hear.

hey it sounds like me when i noodle around;) don't worry about it, we all go through that kinda stage. i'd reccomend working with a metronome though, possibly throwing some base in there and layering the guitars.:headbang:

edit: nunoslash's post count is 666 upside down right now. i think i know what maiden song he should cover next:scratchch

edit edit: also, eq some more mids into your sound.

Re: This may be the worst "music" you'll ever hear.

It isn't horrible music without some hilariously horrible lyrics!

thats what I was thinking, sounds like what I was doing at 16 so keep noodleing , but seriously that was a song?

Work on some slower tempo stuff, and keep it simple for a while all great rock songs incorporate 3 chords , play along with a metronome or a drum track.

and by the way you have a decent tone there, what you using? when I started playin I had a crappy Kay SG copy plugged into a stereo reciever talk about a fuzzy buzzy mess.

this clip is missing one thing...My Mom in the background screaming TURN THAT THING DOWN! LOL .....I just pretended not to hear her...I suggest you do the same :fing2:

I will, some things have come up with "members" as far as commitment. It's gonna sound a lot better, I play a lot better when I don't tap. You should hear my solos, they'll make you cry, in a good or bad way I'm not sure, but it will.

1. No
2. Yes
3. Amplitube, given to me by a friend of my dads. Metalzone copy, ac30, epi les paul studio.
4. My mom used to tell me that when I was 9, she got over it, she likes it now.

Oh ****, didnt see you are 13!

Thats awesome man, i started at 17 and took me time to get to the level you are now, just keep rocking man!

I agree with the "Noodling phase" comment, it happens to most of us, so you are on your way to rock our socks off

Re: This may be the worst "music" you'll ever hear.

not too shabby. I remember hearing forum member Virtual Kevorkian's recordings when he was 13. He was playing slayer covers and it was pretty mindblowing for a 13 yr old imo.

Re: This may be the worst "music" you'll ever hear.

youre tone is surprisingly good for your age. when i first started i was rocking with tons of solid state gain with the mids dropped out
