Hello,
A few years ago, I discovered "Timber Tones" wooden guitar picks, made out of assorted types of wood.
I bought a "4 pack" of different wooden picks, in a nice little tin box;
and I'm never going back to plastic/nylon picks.
I feel the tone and feel is superior to any other pick I've tried. Even real bone picks
(Also I once made some picks out of seashells... they were great, but were lost in "the great house fire" i had two years ago)
...
My favourite seems to be...rosewood? atleast it looks and feels like rosewood. After some hours of playing, the tip gets worn down, and eventually it becomes very round.
They got a ton of different materials to choose from. The black ebony picks seem to last the longest, doesn't even get worn- and has a great, bright tone
Just wanting to share.
