I cant find the tele i truly want so i will use my current tele to Frankenstein it into existence.. It is a MIM, about 5 years old i think, not quite sure.. Gonna put a lipstick duncan in the neck and a duncan humbucker in the bridge.... but

I want a rosewood neck, but does fender make one that will fit? The neck seems to be a C, slightly more round than my merican std strat..

Any neck that fits a Fender Tele pocket should work within reason. Fender makes their necks to a heel specification, so they should be interchangeable. My Tele is a MIM Standard body with a Blacktop Tele neck because I wanted 22 frets.

If you want a Frankenstein, I'd suggest putting a strat neck in there. You need any help finding a Duncan humbucker to match the neck, or do have a good idea of what you want?

Edit: If you have the funds you can go to Warmoth for a custom job, but Allparts and Mighty Mite make pretty decent necks. I haven't tried GFS, but they are the cheapest around.
