today i baught a danelectro cool cat chorus for $50 aussy. i know they dont have the best rep but i reviewed it today befor i baught it, over here they retail for $200 and as im trying to start a collection of pedals instead of my multi fx, thought for $50 its a good place to start. this has a metal casing etc...

so hopefully it is awsome if not for $50 it will look ok in the mix

I just got that one the other day with a transparent overdrive. Haven't had a chance to play with it much but the sound isn't bad at all. It can go from subtle to very lush and everywhere in between. I use it mostly to fill out my clean sound and light overdrives. Unfortunately it is the first true chorus pedal that I have played. One thing I thought was kind of cool was how it can do a pseudo-tremolo sound as well. I would definitely consider getting more of them. The only real drawback is the placement of the knobs makes them kind of hard to fine tune, but at the same time I wont ever accidentally knock them out of position.

I was ordering some new headphones today and decided to throw the new Dano fuzz into the order just for kicks. At $30, I figure why not.

how u liking that tsunami? I used to have a deep blue it was the best chorus I had, I really like rocktron products and been thinkin about giving the tsunami a try

Dano is pretty cool, I have a Fab Echo and, while being a simple cheap slapback, I use it more than the more customisable effect on my pod (not that that is a great effect but it goes to show that despite the limits it can be better than a full specs effect).

I'll be picking up some more of them, for the price you can't really complain.
