My question is I use a Mercury modded Epiphone Valve Jr. with a McCarty P-90 Vintage in the neck and Custom in the bridge, thinking of changing the bridge to a Hot, Which would be the best controls and caps to use as the Valve Jr has only one glorious KNOB:cool2:, as I now ride the knobs on the guitar no effects just cable.

What values does your guitar have now?

Obvious candidates include 500 or 300k pots and .047 or .022uF capacitors.

A regular US-made PRS volume pot comes with a treble bypass capacitor wired across the input and output terminals. This should be good for controlling valve overdrive saturation.
