Hi everyone currently playing a fender strat 56' re issue lefty and a gibson epi les paul 97'

Usually play eric johnson, mike oldfield etc an clean 50s stuff on my mustang 3 with the strat,

recently got into Ghost and trying to learn cirice,

problem is litrually got to have the mustang on no volume cause next door started winging haha wasnt an issue with the jangly clean stuff as it sounded good low volume with cleans or slightly blues sound on the les paul.

Was looking at
orange Micro Dark with the 1 x 8 cab
Blackstar ht1 1 watt
Blackstar id core 10 V2
totally open to any sugesstions or opinions,

Also for headphones what would everyone reccomend

and headphones to hopefully going to order some later :)

Thanks in advance

Lucy

For the headphone part, the best-sounding single product I've ever used is the Vox ToneLab, the original blue, aluminum-faced desktop model.

Wow...I always wanted that too.

I don't know why I let it get away either...it was never that expensive. :/

May I also suggest the Hotone Heart attack with a cab? Any you like or even their own hotone cab (which works really well considering its price and size). It's an amazing amp for low-volume/home practice.

THanks everyone really apreciate the opinions what headphones do you all use :) thats the next thing to decide on working crazy hours at the mo so will be cool to be able to play loud without worrying about disturbing anyone I guess,

I use really average headphones (and old pair of Sony is usually what I use in the headphone output of the HeartAttack) and it works good enough. I have a pair of Detox edition Beats that sound good too but at some point, I believe the headphone out of any amp isn't gonna sound that good either compared to the amp through a good cab so there's no point in seeking perfection there IMHO.

yay ordered the micro dark an cab + Audio-Technica ATH-M50X headphones gonna research a larger cab to buy in the new year

Thanks for all the advice everyone ^^

That's a perfect setup for silent jams.

I just sold my desktop ToneLab after many years; it was awesome for late-night solo sessions.
