Hey,

just wondering if it is possilble to get a four wire JB trembucker with red and black pup covers?

Cant seem to find one online, where would be the best place to get one?

Here's what my supplier told me,

"The Trembuckers are only available in Black, Black and Creme, Black and White, and White"

Yup, only the regular humbuckers come in all of the colors.

OK can you get a SSL 6 in red? or how hard would it be to make a cover for the trembucker and replace it on one lug with a red one?

You can get four wire trembuckers though yeah?

How hard is it to put those on a pup?
What are the risks of it? If something goes wrong will I totally screw up the pup?

really easy.
you could put it on a lil crooked, the HB ones are like stickers. the single coil ones you just remove the original cover and slap on the coloured one. pretty straight forward.

I've got a regular spaced JB in the bridge of my RG570. Each e string lines up on the edge of the outer poles.

Man, do yourself a favour and get the reg spaced if you must have the colours.

well i actually used these bobbin stickers on a couple of my pups and they look pretty decent. but of course when u're very close to the axe you can easily tell that they are stickers.

Agreed. Even if it's a little off, there's NOT that much difference.
