Triamp clip

Ok, so tonight I tracked guitars for the second song on our new disc. This was the first song that I have used the triamp to record. I used my Les Paul with the Suhr DSH+ in the bridge. Triamp through a Marshall 1960AX cab loaded with greenbacks. There is a DD-6 in the loop of delays. The cab was miced with a SM57. Guitars were double tracked. I normally do four tracks of rhythm guitars, but I thought it sounded pretty thick with just two tracks. So that's where I left it.

This is not anywhere close to a real mix, but I think it shows how good the Triamp sounds. This was channel 3B

Settings:
Treble: noon
Mids: noon
Bass: 1 o clock
gain: 2 o clock
presence: 9 o clock

That sounded fantastic bro! I like that amp though I would like to hear it without the double track. Throw a solo in there for kicks!

Re: Triamp clip

Well, we're recording an entire album, so there will be plenty of solos coming. ;)
