I just thought I'd record something with my recently acquired Zoom H2 as a demo of sorts, so this is nowhere near spectacular. It's a chord melody of Jobim's Triste - and I'm still learning it so there are some obvious errors. I played it twice to see if I could redeem some of the mistakes I made in the first chorus. I'm rarely pleased with the recordings I make and I know some parts are not very good. I'm using a Stromberg Monterey through a Super Reverb.
Some people may remember me posting the Days of Wine and Roses cover. Feel free to be as brutally honest as you'd like - I'm just a kid after all, and I need my ass kicked every now and then for motivation and to keep me on the right track. I'm thinking about playing this and Black Orpheus for an upcoming recital if I can tune them up by then. Any comments are welcome!
