Trusted dealers to buy online?

I'm amp and possibly guitar shopping but can't find what I'm really looking for locally and I don't feel like driving 2 hrs to the nearest "mega store". Can you suggest or have experience with a guitar dealer I'm not aware of? I know North Coast music claims to bench test their Vox amps and I'm thinking about the new VT50 but who might be trustworthy with buying a guitar on the net?

There's a lot of places on the net.

My personal favorite vendor is Sweetwater.com.

Musiciansfriend.com/music123.com/guitarcenter.com are all pretty much the same.

zzounds.com, americanmusical.com, those are two more online "mega stores". elderly.com is a great one too, but they don't ship amps, i think.

samash.com....shoot, I can't think of any others.

I'll check out Sweetwater. I know all the "big" ones like MF, 123, Sam Ash, etc...
Just wondering if there are more out there that might actually do a set up and/or check things over instead of just grabbin' one out of a warehouse.

I think most sellers just locate the stock in the warehouse and ship it. I don't think they open up the box and check things out.

And the set-up is the responsiblility of the buyer.
